Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VitalBlaze websites, client area and services. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide web development, custom software, security, performance optimisation, SEO and hosting services as described in your order or statement of work. Project scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in the accepted proposal.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Billing

• Recurring services are billed in advance for each billing cycle and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. Services may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid after the due date.
• Project work is invoiced per milestone as set out in your proposal.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our infrastructure for spam, malware, illegal content, network abuse, cryptocurrency mining without prior approval, or any activity that harms other customers or third parties.

5. Service levels

Hosting plans include the uptime SLA stated on the plan. Service credits are the exclusive remedy for SLA breaches and are applied on request.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools and libraries, which are licensed to you for use with the deliverables.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the affected service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel recurring services at any time from your client area or by opening a ticket. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.
